On World Children’s Day on November 20th we’re inviting young musicians to share their favourite musical moment from We are Music Generation 2024!
In partnership with Music Generation, St. Patrick’s College Drumcondra, Mary Immaculate College Limerick, and Trinity College Dublin.

Be part of this vibrant conference connecting music education research and practice, which will include:
- Keynote speaker Dr. Stephanie Pitts, University of Sheffield
- Researchers and musicians in panel discussion led by Dr. Emer Smyth, ESRI with contributions from Brian Irvine, Composer, Ailbhe Kenny, Lecturer in Music Education, Mary Immaculate College Limerick, Shaun Purcell, CEO Sligo VEC and Tara O’Brien, Music Student & former Ballymun Music Project student, concluding with perspectives on inclusion and participation by Prof. Kathleen Lynch, UCD
- Poster displays by Music Education Partnerships
- Live performance
- Workstations showcasing music education practice
