Music Generation Wicklow announces the appointment of a new Manager, Ann Catherine Nolan and the employment of 16 additional musicians to the now 32-strong team!
Music Generation Wicklow through lead partner Kildare Wicklow Education and Training Board announces Ann Catherine Nolan as the Manager of Music Generation Wicklow. Ann comes from a background in education and arts management, having had her own business for over ten years and working in both primary and secondary schools. In addition Ann Catherine has coordinated festivals, events and arts development initiatives. Ann’s role will be to manage the implementation of the development plan for Music Generation Wicklow, rolling out additional capacity across all programmes including those in schools and community contexts.
In addition, Music Generation Wicklow has employed a further 16 musician educators for the team. The induction took place at Clermont, Wicklow County Campus on August 26th and 27th, where the 32 musician educators prepared for the various classroom and community contexts they will work in from mid-September.
