Step it out and join almost 30 young brass and woodwind players from Music Generation Cork City as they tune up to join The Jazz Parade, a unique musical experience for all ages which will wind its way through the historic streets of Cork City this Saturday as part of the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.
These young musicians, aged 10 – 16, will march alongside colourful local ensembles and world-class, international street bands including La Marotte Jazz Band, The OhNo! Jazzband (Netherlands), the New York Brass Band (North Yorkshire) and 38 Tonnes (France).
The Jazz Parade will assemble and start from Cork City Library, Grand Parade on Saturday 24 October at 2pm, finishing in the spacious Opera House Plaza.
